Who saved us and called us to a holy calling, not because of our works but because of His own purpose and grace, which He gave us in Christ Jesus before the ages began.  2 Timothy 1:9 NET

Thank You, God, for saving us and bringing us into Your heavenly family and thank You for the gift of grace through Christ Jesus. Lord, as we read through Christ’s intercessory prayer for His disciples on the night that He was betrayed, I pray that we may be willing to face all the life-challenges that we may be called upon to endure in this fallen world, and pray that with the power of Holy Spirit we may live a godly life that glorifies Your holy name.  May the gentle strength and humble obedience of Jesus Christ become increasingly evident in our lives, as we seek to submit to the leading and guiding of Holy Spirit in our daily walk, and may Christ’s deep desire to carry out Your will and to glorify Your name, become the hallmark of our life too.  Yes Lord! Amazing grace! May we pursue righteousness and peace, godliness and faith, patience and humility, grace and mercy. We pray hope, we pray healing, we pray deliverance, we pray love, we pray rejoicing, we pray salvation, we pray revival, we pray forgiveness in the name of Jesus Christ, amen!
