Those Who Believed

Jesus said to those who believed in Him, When you continue to embrace all that I teach, you prove that you are My true followers. For if you embrace the truth, it will release true freedom into your lives.  John 8:31-32 TPT

The proof that something is God’s truth is that it will set you free. If you’re not walking in freedom, then you haven’t taken hold of the truth. Truth is in fact a verified or indisputable fact. We just believe as Christians the facts are laid out in the Bible. We believe every answer to life and the truth on any topic is laid out in the Bible. 

Jesus is Truth incarnate - the Word of God made flesh - come to show us to way to the living God. Jesus, being God, cannot lie and in His life among us He exemplified what it means to be truly human.

Jesus tells us an indisputable fact that “ I am the Son of God. I am the way, the truth and the life”.

An example could be when you understand and apply the truth about God’s plan for finances, you start to be free financially. When you get hold of the truth about addiction, you begin to experience freedom from bondage that can’t be taken away. 

Living in this freedom has everything to do with soaking ourselves in God’s Word and letting Holy Spirit help us. We may forget things we should know- ask for Holy Spirit to give you the words to say - pray - sing write….. Jesus spoke…….
