And in a similar way, Holy Spirit takes hold of us in our human frailty to empower us in our weakness. For example, at times we don’t even know how to pray, or know the best things to ask for. But Holy Spirit rises up within us to super-intercede on our behalf, pleading to God with emotional sighs too deep for words.  Romans 8:26 TPT

And as a bit of clarification for us... using the NIV translation of the Bible.

"Our Father Who Art in heaven ..."

Jesus’ prayer starts with four words intended to remind us who God is and what He is like. He is the Creator of all that is all that was and all that will be. He is Holy above all things. This means He is perfect, and He cares for us. He is not an uncaring impersonal force. We are His children, and He is our God.

"Hallowed be your name ..."

Hallowed means to be kept holy. God is holy. These words remind us that God is worthy of all praise, all our worship. Some Bible translations put it this way: “May your name be kept holy.” As Christians, we are called to keep God’s name holy by living holy lives.  Worship Him—honour and adore God— my friends, it is the highest privilege for a Christian. We who have experienced the miracle of His saving grace can praise Him for His greatness and love. Throughout the day, we can offer praise and thanksgiving!

1 Chronicles 16:27-29 NET  Majestic splendor emanates from Him, He is the source of strength and joy. Ascribe to the LORD, O families of the nations, ascribe to the LORD splendor and strength! Ascribe to the LORD the splendor he deserves! Bring an offering and enter His presence! Worship the LORD in holy attire!

Because we are His children, we can speak with our heavenly Father often—he loves to hear our prayers!

"Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven..."

Whoa. On earth as it is in heaven became a co-existing reality when Jesus came to earth, thank You Lord! Think on it too, what does ‘Your kingdom come’ mean? Over time society’s  ‘Kingdom’ understanding has eroded, like a cliff disappearing into the sea, changing the landscape of faith.

Jesus references Isaiah 61, which outlines the signs of the Kingdom, ‘The Spirit of the Sovereign LORD is on me (GOD’S PRESENCE), because the LORD has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor (FREEDOM). He has sent me to bind up the broken-hearted (HEALING), to proclaim liberty to the captives and the opening of the prison to those who are bound (SALVATION AND DELIVERANCE), to proclaim the year of the LORD’s favour (PEACE), and the day of vengeance of our God, to comfort all who mourn (COMFORT), and grant to those who mourn in Zion to give them a beautiful headdress instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, the garment of praise instead of a faint spirit (JOY), that they may be called oaks of righteousness, a planning of the Lord, that He may be glorified’.

As adopted children of God and ambassadors for God’s Kingdom, we can powerfully tap into all of these kingdom directives, JUSTICE, GODS PRESENCE, FREEDOM, SALVATION, DELIVERANCE, COMFORT, PEACE and bring them from heaven to earth as we encounter people daily.

When we encounter despair, offer Comfort; when there is hopelessness, release Joy; if we witness physical and emotional pain, bring Healing. Praying for and declaring God’s Presence can change any situation, His kingdom come. Let’s fill our every thought with the truth of God’s Kingdom. Take every opportunity to influence society around us from a Kingdom perspective.

Man what a great part of the prayer. Jesus is telling us to pray for Heaven to come to Earth. God's plan to rescue humanity and restore creation has been launched full out. Heaven is breaking through. God's way of doing things is coming. We are asking God to finish what He started. We are looking forward to the day when God's will is done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

As God’s children, we long for His reign throughout the earth. But His reign must first begin in our own lives. We are made sensitive to His will for us as we prayerfully read and meditate on the Word of God. Even as we pray, God exposes our spiritual condition and brings our desires into conformity with His will.
