Redefining the Definition of Church

As large gatherings are being banned, cancelled, postponed we are rethinking Church as a building. In the weeks leading up to this Sunday’s Easter services we had several conversations about we the church body. When {tweetme}God is our centre we each carry church within us ....{/tweetme} with Holy Spirit in us, Jesus Christ our Messiah Saviour, church is every moment, it is a gathering of 2...20...100.... We attend church not merely to satisfy our inner need but to be an open door to a lost and wondering community. Maybe the church building is actually a step in the salvation plan used to gather children into His family then teach, share, learn and grow together in all things, in all aspects of daily life, church to be had anywhere anytime. The Lord brings His will to us, we remain surrendered and His plan comes to us.
