Giving Thanks

Always giving thanks to God the Father for each other in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, and submitting to one another out of reverence for Christ.  Ephesians 5:20-21 NET

And let’s not forget, we are representing Him and His interests here on earth.  Jesus Christ has given every believer unlimited authority in all matters and with the right to use His name in every situation. 

Pray for a friends marriage in the name of Jesus.

Pray for a coworker’s salvation in the name of Jesus.

Pray for a stranger’s healing in the name of Jesus. 

It means we pray expectantly.
