But Peter and the apostles answered, “We must obey God rather than men. The God of our fathers raised up Jesus, whom you put to death by hanging Him on a cross. He is the One whom God exalted to His right hand as a Prince and Savior, to grant repentance to Israel, and forgiveness of sins. And we are witnesses of these things; and so is Holy Spirit, whom God has given to those who obey Him.” Acts 5:29-32 NASB

Believe it - everywhere Jesus went and still goes, He is teaching and preaching— and so it is as Holy Spirit urges, we must read, study, read again the Bible, the living Word of God - rest on His truths spoken in every verse. The Lord of all creation is not an afterthought or random addition to the equation of life. He is the great I AM. King OF Kings. Saviour. Our part is to surrender our lives, our will and our hearts so that He can have His way in us for the glory of His kingdom here on earth.

And though God will stretch us and and crack us and solder us back together no matter how many times we sink under pressure, He only asks for us to seek and know Jesus, to trust and rest on the Lord’s promises of redemption, revival, SALVATION!

Psalms 113:1-8 NASB Praise the Lord! Praise Him, you servants of the Lord, Praise the name of the Lord. Blessed be the name of the Lord From this time on and forever. From the rising of the sun to its setting, The name of the Lord is to be praised. The Lord is high above all nations; His glory is above the heavens. ¶Who is like the Lord our God, Who is enthroned on high, Who looks far down to The heavens and the earth? He raises the poor from the dust, He lifts the needy from the garbage heap, To seat them with noblemen, With the noblemen of His people.

Amen!

Simply pray “God, I trust You”. God I leave “it all” .... whatever “it” may be for each of us.... because the mighty Lord is the only one that is worthy of our worship.

Think about that for a moment.  When God Jesus Christ Holy Spirit speaks, nothing remains the same; everything changes. Praise Him.

Genesis 1:1-3 NET  In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. Now the earth was without shape and empty, and darkness was over the surface of the watery deep, but the Spirit of God was moving over the surface of the water. God said, “Let there be light.” And there was light!

His voice sustains the cosmos, cleanses the leper, and raises the dead. He is Amazing grace!

It’s certain that when it comes to advancing His kingdom on earth, often God works despite us, regularly He works through us, but only very rarely does He work without us.

Lets ask this question, if God told us personally to go and talk to people about beautiful magnificent precious Jesus (and I am certain He has), where would we go, and what would we say? If we had the “salvation is for all” mind-set at work, in our kitchen, at the gym, in the line at the grocery store, at the fence with a neighbour on a Saturday afternoon, talking with other parents (or grandparents) at a school sporting event, what would change about the way we approached these opportunities?

Would we forge ahead all engines full, bearing down on people with a “my way or the highway” or would we let Holy Spirit put a check in our step, catch our breath, allow reliance on Jesus’ words to take over our thoughts and speech?  We had better do so because His way is the way.
