The Lord will give strength unto His people; the Lord will bless His people with peace.  Psalms 29:11 KJV

There is a very real battle in the heavenlies - for our salvation! a war of love that will be fought on the fragile grounds of our heart. Will you accept God’s words or the worlds? It’s our choice. Will you be ruled by God’s love or by the love of some other futile thing?

Colossians 3:2 NIV Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things.

Peace comes when we start looking for assurance from our Heavenly Father.  When we focus on the things of the world, that cause our thoughts to run amok with dread and life draining scenarios - the peace of Christ has no room to exist.

My prayer for us all is that we will start taking all those roaming enemy thoughts captive, Satan no longer has any influence over you, and you are operating within the peace offered by Christ.

2 Corinthians 10:5 TPT We can demolish every deceptive fantasy that opposes God and break through every arrogant attitude that is raised up in defiance of the true knowledge of God. We capture, like prisoners of war, every thought and insist that it bow in obedience to Jesus Christ.

Take time and align your mind to scripture: Don't allow the enemy take over your mind and life, just Focus on God.

God's plan will always override the enemy's plot. Don't fret. Don't be dismayed. God fights for you.  He fights for me! Hallelujah!  This battle is already won! The Prince of Peace is here to stay!

Wow, Lord we pray for guidance, and trust that You will provide exactly what we need in a world full of chaos.

We panic. God stays true during life’s toughest moments. We wonder. God knows the beginning to the end. We pray. God answers with grace and wisdom. Take note of this:

Season’s change, but His peace remains.

Psalms 30:5 NET God’s anger lasts only a brief moment, and His good favor restores one’s life. One may experience sorrow during the night, but joy arrives in the morning.

We are all walking through something...

Good times.

Bad times.

Times filled with lament.

Times filled with laughter.

Times of accomplishment.

Times of failure.

Times when things are easy.

And times when things are just downright hard.

It’s simply the flow of life.

I’m so thankful we have a promise of peace that frees us from difficult times! Things may get worse before they get better, but we know, at some point we can confidently rejoice because things will get better eventually. If not now, in eternity! While in the midst of the storm, we may cry, complain, blame, or be in the depths of despair, but the beautiful thing about it is that Jesus is always near — and He proves His peace that surpasses understanding every single time!

Don’t forget this today: In our worst moments we can still have hope, peace, and even joy! Pain is only temporary but God’s love and peace is eternal. If you are in a tough season, this too shall pass.
