How in the world can we wait patiently for the gift of eternal life in the new heavens and Earth? Because We do not lack anything as we wait. God gave us the gift of mercy because there are things He wants us to do as we wait patiently for the Lord to return.
God wants us to be grace as He is grace. His compassion bought us time to spread the good news of forgiveness and life in Christ! We get to be thankful for the gift of Jesus Christ! We get to be doers of God's word, and we must!
It is a great commission of God to share Jesus Christ within our household and throughout our communities! If we don't there will be people who might never have heard the good news for themselves.
Make use of this time of waiting to tell a family member, a neighbor, or someone at work that Jesus is the Saviour of the world.
