These recent weeks leading up to Christmas will possibly be noted as testing our patience, pulling our faith, subdoing our hope. especially if we allow our gaze to fall away from Jesus and onto our circumstances.
Yet my friends there is a remedy for this season, and every season….. it is reading the Bible. This week why don't we make time to read the Book of Luke, as a reminder of the same way we are eagerly waiting for Jesus to return. Advent is the time when we wait patiently yet expectant for the Lord to return, just as Israel waited patiently for Jesus to come the first time as the child of Bethlehem. Jesus is revealed to us, and He will return.
