Your Name

Help us, O God of our salvation, for the glory of Your name; And deliver us and forgive our sins for Your name’s sake.  Psalms 79:9 NASB

God, forgive Your people, we need You to set us right, we fail and stumble and by Your grace and mercy we can stand again, oh Lord, there are so many false teachings and doctrines of demons that are flooding over Your people and we pray that You would teach us discernment and continue to provide protection from all those, (whether knowingly or unknowingly) who are distorting the word of truth and the gospel of grace, Holy Spirit we need You, we pray for wisdom and understanding as we read the Bible, so that we will be enabled to discern what is biblical truth and what is a distortion of that truth. Yes Lord, Your Word tells us that in the last days there will come times of great difficulty, where love will wear thin and people will be become proud and arrogant, abusive and unholy, having an outward appearance of godliness but denying the truth of the Gospel. Protect us I pray, and all those we love from being influenced by such evil distortions, and keep us under Your promised protection, by Your grace.  We pray hope, we pray healing, we pray joy, we pray deliverance, we pray reconciliation, we pray love, we pray rejoicing, we pray salvation, we pray revival, we pray forgiveness in the name of Jesus Christ, amen!
