Endure To The Beginning

Your duty is to teach them to embrace a lifestyle that is consistent with sound doctrine. Lead the male elders into disciplined lives full of dignity and self-control. Urge them to have a solid faith, generous love, and patient endurance. Likewise with the female elders, lead them into lives free from gossip and drunkenness and to be teachers of beautiful things.  Titus 2:1-3 TPT

God, we know that there is much about our journey through life that we do not understand, but we trust You, for You have scheduled every day of our walk here and there are no dangers or disappointments, suffering or pain of which You are unaware, and which You will not use for Your greater glory and our eternal good. We pray that You will provide us with the sufficient grace to persevere to the end. Yes Lord!  We believe that our days are in Your hands and rely on Jesus Christ to bring us through to a final and triumphant conclusion. Strengthen and uphold us Holy Spirit, and sustain and comfort our brothers and sisters we pray, so that in all things we may patiently endure to the end to Your praise and glory. With Your strength we pray that the race that is set before us be run with patient endurance, always looking to Jesus, Who is the author and finisher of all faith, and the solid Rock upon which we can stand. O Lord, we recognize that this is a spiritual race and the stamina we need is not physical but spiritual - spiritual strength, spiritual perseverance and spiritual endurance.  Help us to lay aside anything and everything that hinders, that diverts attention from the goal of Your calling.  Thank You for the example and encouragement of the many men and women of faith, who have run the same spiritual race before us. And may their faithful witness give us encouragement and determination to follow in their steps, empowered by the strength of the indwelling Holy Spirit, to the praise and glory of God.  We pray hope, we pray healing, we pray joy, we pray deliverance, we pray reconciliation, we pray love, we pray rejoicing, we pray salvation, we pray revival, we pray forgiveness in the name of Jesus Christ, amen!
