More Understanding

Then He said to them, “Be diligent to understand the meaning behind everything you hear, for as you do, more understanding will be given to you. And according to the depth of your longing to understand, much more will be added to you. For those who listen with open hearts will receive more revelation. But those who don’t listen with open hearts will lose what little they think they have!” Mark 4:24-25 TPT

God, we thank and praise the Bible, and for the promise that Holy Spirit will guide us into all truth. Give us a teachable spirit so that we may learn all that You would teach us in Your Word and prevent us from falling into deceptive teaching or false doctrine.  Yes Holy Spirit, we ask that You would open our minds to the truth and give us discernment so that we are not tossed about by every wind of false reporting, false writings.  Lead us in the path of righteousness and guide us into all truth and knowledge of the Lord Jesus, so that we may grow in grace. Keep us from pride we pray, and may we walk humbly before You all the days of our life.  We pray hope, we pray healing, we pray deliverance, we pray love, we pray rejoicing, we pray salvation, we pray revival, we pray forgiveness in the name of Jesus Christ, amen!
