Then Jesus Said

Then Jesus said to His disciples, If you truly want to follow Me, you should at once completely reject and disown your own life. And you must be willing to share My cross and experience it as your own, as you continually surrender to My ways.  Matthew 16:24 TPT

Heavenly Father, in a world that has so many difficulties and dangers Lord, it is so easy to allow our thoughts to become weighed down with pressures and overwhelmed with problems, and yet You have promised that the joy of the Lord is our strength and we thank You that Your strength is made perfect in our weakness.  I pray that we may keep our eyes fixed firmly on Lord Jesus and live in total dependence on Him, in the knowledge that He has overcome the world, and has promised to give us His joy and peace in our hearts.  Amazing grace! Thank You for Your abiding love. We pray hope, we pray healing, we pray deliverance, we pray love, we pray rejoicing, we pray salvation, we pray revival, we pray forgiveness in the name of Jesus Christ, amen!
