But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart”—that is, the word of faith which we are preaching, that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; for with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation. For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes in Him will not be disappointed.” For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of all, abounding in riches for all who call on Him; for “Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.” Romans 10:8-13 NASB

Heavenly Father, we praise You as Lord God Almighty. Thank You for delivering us from the domain of darkness to the kingdom of Your beloved Son, in whom we have redemption and the forgiveness of sins. We thank You Lord for Your loving-kindness and compassion to us; for not treating us as our sins deserve. Apart from You, we can do nothing. Help us hear Your Word and by Your grace may we respond in faith and obedience. Lord, please come meet us where we are. If we are deceived, open our eyes to see the truth. If we are apathetic, spark a revival in our souls.  If we are rebellious, reprove us and reign us in. If we are full of unbelief, fill us with faith. God, help us hear Your voice and follow You. Help us turn from our own ways, from sin, false religion, cultural Christianity, selfish desires, vain imagination, and idolatry and share the glad tidings of the Gospel wherever You lead us and to whomever You bring across our paths!  We pray rejoicing, we pray salvation, we pray revival, we pray in Jesus’ name, Amen.
