God, we thank You for this moment in time, the firs day of Advent, 2021. Thank You for all that it is filled with from the joy to the grief, the loss and the abundance. We thank You. Yes Lord, we thank You. How blessed are we that You would want us to have life and live it to the fullest for Your kingdom’s glory. We pray that when the pressures of life become overwhelming, we will look to Jesus Christ to be our guide, our solid footing. Give us a peace that surpasses all understanding. Transform our lives and make us whole again as we rest in Your grace. We pray, Holy Spirit allow us to shine Your light in a world that can be dark at times. You haven’t given us a spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and a sound mind. Hallelujah! We pray hope, we pray healing, we pray joy, we pray deliverance, we pray reconciliation, we pray love, we pray rejoicing, we pray salvation, we pray revival, we pray forgiveness in the name of Jesus Christ, amen!
