Rest Unafraid

But the one who always listens to Me will live undisturbed in a heavenly peace. Free from fear, confident and courageous, you will rest unafraid and sheltered from the storms of life.  Proverbs 1:33 TPT

What a gift from God to feel like the pressure is off, and now is the time, to sit with Him, just learning to BE and to REST!

And also, thinking on these things, theres something powerful about hearing testimony from those who've been through incredible storms, I'm discovering too that it's equally powerful, to hear the testimony of people who are currently still in the storm. 

We all like to hear about the happy outcomes, which is always encouraging and edifying. However, some of the most impactful moments for me have been when I've witnessed the authentic, blatant testimony from men and women who are living currently in extraordinary storms of life. Their faith and perseverance and trust in God inside the squall has encouraged me in huge ways.

God is always there, He is always here .....

Wow ! Amazing grace!

Lord we need You, every hour we need You.  

I get such a strong sense of Holy Spirit here, among us, placing us, encouraging us, pausing us, correcting us aligning us.... God wants to reveal Himself to us as our Refuge, our Strength, our Help, as the One who is with us and dwells within us, our Fortress, as the One who is exalted among the nations and in all the earth. The One who is all that is all that was all that will be....  

It is time for us to stop and be still so that we can know God, and trust and praise Him, and make Him Lord of our lives.  Thank You God for the breath in our lungs and the beating of our hearts. If we can just stand, and not look to the right or left, we will see how His hand is there steadying us.
