Seek Jesus

Now I want to make clear for you, brothers and sisters, the gospel that I preached to you, that you received and on which you stand, and by which you are being saved, if you hold firmly to the message I preached to you – unless you believed in vain. For I passed on to you as of first importance what I also received – that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He was raised on the third day according to the scriptures. 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 NET

Jesus is the hope of the world.  And when Jesus is our everything, His people are in our hearts, because people are His heart. If God so loved the world, so must we. Let us not be so caught in our own brokenness that we are a people who avoid the broken; we want to be people who run towards the broken. 

Jeremiah 29:12-13 NET When you call out to Me and come to Me in prayer, I will hear your prayers. When you seek Me in prayer and worship, you will find Me available to you. If you seek Me with all your heart and soul and mind.
