With all prayer and petition pray at all times in the Spirit, and with this in view, be on the alert with all perseverance and petition for all the saints.  Ephesians 6:18 NASB

Our prayers ask for God’s intervention and deliverance of others! Living on mission with Jesus requires that we occasionally face attacks, unseen peril. The enemy of our souls is plotting our demise; however, God’s protection through His mercy carries us, His grace extends through our lives into the lives of others when we humble ourselves; and we get honor The Lord of all creation with praise, adoration, worship, prayer - there is no greater expression of humility than a life lived for Jesus, with Jesus.

Our hope is in Jesus, not in ourselves. We set our hope in God as we get live in constant communion with Him.

Psalms 150:1 NET Praise the LORD! Praise God in His sanctuary! Praise Him in the sky, which testifies to His strength!

In awe lift your hands to glorify and praise God, in reverent worship: the Lord communicates to us through His Bible and with us through prayer, calling forth responses from us; like returning prodigals, we repent and confess our sins as we come home to our Heavenly Father’s house, rejoicing in His forgiving embrace as He meet us through words of pardon; we hear Christ speak His living words of salvation powerfully into our lives. Hallelujah!

John 1:14-17 NASB And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us, and we saw His glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth. John *testified about Him and cried out, saying, “This was He of whom I said, ‘He who comes after me has a higher rank than I, for He existed before me.’ ” For of His fullness we have all received, and grace upon grace. For the Law was given through Moses; grace and truth were realized through Jesus Christ.

When we come to Christ, joy in our hearts, prayers on our lips, praise pouring forth, we will be startled by the beauty of His welcoming heart. Let Jesus draw you in through the depth of His love. He removes the title of shame and instead He embraces the repentant soul with more openness than we are able to measure or understand.  All praise and honor to You, our High King of Heaven!

Consider the radiance of who Jesus Christ is. God. And praise Him unreservedly, raw, wide open to sharing our innermost thoughts. Allow Holy Spirit to sing with us, ask Him to pour out our anguish, our happiness, our grief, our forgiveness. Because even though we cannot see it or touch it yet, eternity is as real and vital to us in our prayers and in our worship as oxygen is to our lungs.

We breathe air into our lungs that we cannot see — and we live. In the same way, as we worship we breathe eternity into our souls — and we live, filling our hearts with the unseen, life-giving atmosphere of heaven. Faith convinces us that we are in the realm of heaven as we worship, and it encourages us to pray honestly, that we might become more fully alive in Christ. Amazing grace!
