“Behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to render to every man according to what he has done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end.” Blessed are those who wash their robes, so that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter by the gates into the city. Outside are the dogs and the sorcerers and the immoral persons and the murderers and the idolaters, and everyone who loves and practices lying. “I, Jesus, have sent My angel to testify to you these things for the churches. I am the root and the descendant of David, the bright morning star.” The Spirit and the bride say, “Come.” And let the one who hears say, “Come.” And let the one who is thirsty come; let the one who wishes take the water of life without cost.”  Revelation 22:12-17 NASB

Jesus is coming back soon. May we wake up each day wanting to experience more of Jesus. And may we grow in our capacity to receive and walk in His love and grace for us and those He places on our roads ahead.

Friend, with all that you have to look forward to, may you be eager to be found living for Jesus when you come into His presence, without blemish and filled with peace. And keep in mind that our Lord’s extraordinary patience simply means more opportunity for salvation, and being part of another’s salvation story. Like Abram, let us be people who leave what we know from the world’s ways and embrace what is unknown yet God filled. There are only two groups of people in the world: the multitudes who worship the divine Christ and those who rebel against Him.

Our prayer is that all will return to God, choose Jesus Christ. May we make our way with Holy Spirit to the peoples who refuse to worship Jesus and tell of the good news, may we, God’s church, pitch our tent in the midst of His nations, build His house, open wide the doors of His kingdom here on earth and call on the name of the Lord. He will look on all threats against His people and grant us boldness to speak His Word. The nations will be shaken.
