My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I also will reject you from being My priest. Since you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children. Hosea 4:6 NASB
Scriptures taught in the Bible, as well as the steady movement of Holy Spirit in our midst, reveal that Christ will return soon. Although the signs of the end of the age and Jesus’s appearing are evident in the physical and spiritual worlds, it’s not easy for people, including Christians, to recognize them. And on top of that only God knows the true timing of His plans. We all need to pray and learn to discern the end-time signs of Christ’s appearing, Holy Spirit is disclosing God’s last-days purposes right now. The world is not prepared for what is coming. Nations don’t recognize the spiritual season in which God is working. My friends we must pray for the wisdom and understanding to receive the vital revelation, knowledge, He wants to share with us because people are walking blindly when we really need spiritual sight.
There are supernatural seasons of a divine nature that we can only recognize through spiritual revelation, events and happenings today are linked to the spiritual realm that’s why, we cannot comprehend them without Holy Spirit sharing our everyday life. These are days in which we need the Lord’s knowledge.
Luke 21:36 NASB But keep on the alert at all times, praying that you may have strength to escape all these things that are about to take place, and to stand before the Son of Man.
With the state of the world - we cannot be casual or apathetic about our faith. We cannot neglect praying for God’s direction and for His will to be done on earth as it is in heaven. We cannot neglect reading the Bible daily, continuing a daily conversation of prayer with God, gathering together in the name of Jesus…..
….in fact if you haven’t given your heart to Jesus Christ please do so now, He is right there beside You……. Let’s pray together “Jesus, I’m a sinner so lost and broken I need You, Jesus, I believe that You are the Son of God and Savior of the world. I believe that You were crucified for my sins and three days later rose from the grave conquering death. I believe that through Your sacrifice, I am a new person. Forgive me for my sin and fill me with Your Spirit. Amen.
Romans 10:8-10 NASB But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart”—that is, the word of faith which we are preaching, that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; for with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation.
How bewildering to learn that Christ loves each of us unconditionally. He does not get frustrated when we come to Him for fresh forgiveness, for renewed pardon, with distress and need and emptiness. That’s the whole point. The need for salvation, rescue of humanity. It’s what Jesus Christ came to heal. He went down into the horror of death and plunged out through the other side in order to provide a limitless supply of mercy and grace to His people. Hallelujah!
When we run to Christ for understanding, mercy, love and help in our anguish, confusion and sinfulness, we are going with the flow of His own deepest wishes for reconciliation between His creation and the Creator.
As truly God, Christ cannot become any more full; He shares in the Trinity, God, Jesus Christ, Holy Spirit, He is immortal, eternal, with unchangeable fullness, majesty, power and love.
Yet as truly man, Christ’s heart is not drained by the plights we bring to Him; His heart is filled up all the more by our coming to Him, relying on Him. Trusting Him.
