Our testimony, our life with Jesus, to the world is the evidence that Jesus Christ's love is being expressed through our lives. The love of Christ demonstrated in consistent forgiveness despite personal betrayal and rejection.
His love served others in the most simple of ways. In calling people to demonstrations of love, Jesus was shifting the focus of witness from theological debates and legalism to mercy, grace and lifestyle.
Sacrificial love is now defined for all history by Jesus Christ’s willingness to die for the sins of the world. His love moved Him to act with actions that restored and healed others. We are called to live the same way! What an assignment to spend our days in action for Jesus!
