I'm pretty sure the point being taught here is turn to God for every circumstance we face, we must not give up when we face challenging times, temptation and despair. We must not throw in the towel when we become weary from the storm. Even if you barely keeping your head above the water, keep your eyes on the horizon, He is there. Don’t give up.
Take time to rest, eat properly, read the Bible, reread the Bible, enjoy Holy Spirit’s presence, sing worship songs with Him, pray, spend time in conversation with the Lord. He will breath new life into you. Trust Him, for He promises eternity. Whoa. Amazing grace!
When we surrender to Jesus Christ, we receive eternal life and fulfillment of all that God has promised us if we run this race called life with perseverance. If we keep our eyes on Jesus and keep the faith, we will never regret giving God our all. However, we will no doubt regret the moments when we gave in to our exhaustion and gave up.
Instead, tell God you are tired, let Him remind you of His grace and mercy, walk in full gladness, with an expectancy of Jesus’ promises.
